I bought a month ago or so. This was a warranty replacement mattress as the old product we had was no longer offered. We tried the mattress in a store before ordering it through Serta and liked it. The 12" was in store, but we decided to go with 14". I do not recommend. It is a lot harder than the store model, which was unexpected. Because it is a warranty replacement, we can't send back for a different one, so we will probably try to sell or replace within a couple years. Quality is fine, but because we can't use the Serta "replace with another for any reason in 30 days" and it is significantly stiffer than floor model, gets 3 stars.

I purchased this mattress almost a month ago. My old iComfort (over 12 years old) was starting to show lack of support so I figured it was time to buy a new one. I stuck with the iComfort because I was so happy with my old one. They have really expanded on the choices and pretty sure I picked the one I would like. It is the plush and it is super comfy. I know people don't like this type of mattress because you cannot sit on the side but I am used to it. Here is hoping I can get as many years out of this new mattress.

It's been 3 weeks since I bought this bed, and it is Amazing. It is literally like sleeping on a big cool cloud. It purchased the 14" plush with cooling. I sleep hot...very hot. All the nights wake up from being to warm are gone. I melt into this mattress and sleep through the night with no problems and wake up refreshed and ready to go. The only problem is it is comfortable that I do not want to roll out of bed lol. You will not be disappointed.

This bed was incredibly comfortable. It is so supportive and I was very happy I didn't just sink into the bed. Temperature wise it was a much cooler sleep than my prior bed which had a memory foam topper. I also didn't have any spots that were hurting from sleeping overnight. I'm a side sleeper and have had times where I would wake up and my hip was sore, so it was nice to wake up feeling refreshed without any soreness.

I am SO HAPPY to have this mattress in my life. As a mom, I'm not usually well-rested but this has changed the game for me! I'm sleeping better at night and actually waking up feeling good. Not something I'm used to. I've recommended it to all my friends and family who complain about not getting good sleep.
Also, the service I received was SO GOOD. I am so thankful and so pleased with this product and the customer service!

The Serta i-Comfort Aveda is a high quality mattress which features 5 zone support to provide support to the spine, and pressure relief across the body including the lower back, upper thighs, shoulders, hips, and lower legs . There is a 1" graphite charcoal infused memory foam layer on top which provides cooling properties to help keep you cool throughout the night. Another great future is the motion control technology which helps minimize movement transfer if you are sleeping with a partner or a pet. I am a side sleeper who moves around way too much when I'm sleeping due to either my hips or back starting to ache while sleeping in a position too long. The motion control technology makes a big difference with this! Also, I also start out freezing, and then start sweating in the middle of the night. At first I could not notice the cooling effect, but bought a new mattress cover which allows air to flow, and am now loving this feature! Although this mattress is a medium, I am still finding it quite firm a few weeks in. A better option for my own personal preference might have been the plush top version. I do think that this mattress is going to break in beautifully though over time (I find 3-4 months in is the sweet spot to break a mattress in), and would recommend it, especially if you are looking for these awesome features in a firmer type mattress.

I am very grateful to Influenster and Serra for gifting this mattress to me.
We have been sleeping on this mattress for a month now so that I could provide the most honest review and here goes.
The mattress arrived in a plastic bag, and unfortunately, there wasn't any information provided with it, other than a label stating, "ship in carton". I was honestly hoping for some other information relating to the mattress. I Googled several different distributors to get additional information, such as what the mattress consisted of, what the main features were that made it unique, and what type of support it offered. I found the following:
Feel: medium
Support: 5 support zones for full-body alignment
Pressure Relief: premium memory foam contours and cradles pressure points.
Temperature Management: Cool-to-the-touch fabric and graphite-infused memory foam redistributes heat.
Motion Separation: Designed to minimize the impact of your partner's movement.
This mattress has five separate layers to it; you have the CoolFeel Fabric, premium layers of memory foam, the graphite-infused memory foam, the zones support layer, and the 7" Serra Foam Core.
The mattress is 12" high and, for a memory foam mattress, it isn't as heavy as I expected, which is a nice surprise. I can actually lift it up to tuck sheets without the help of my husband.
It does provide a very comfortable nights sleep, but I would not say that the top is cool or that it redistributes heat. One site said to allow it 72 hours to acclimate to the room temperature, which we did, but it didn't change the fact that it does get warm, which is expected with a memory foam.
I have yet to find the perfect area to lay in order to take advantage of the 5 support zones, maybe that will come in time.
As stated, the motion separation is a welcomed feature, I barely notice any movement at all, so I'm not disturb every time my husband gets in or out of bed. Thank you, Serta for that!
Overall, I am very pleased with this mattress, and would have been so even if it wasn't gifted.

There are not enough good things I can say about this mattress. I slept like a baby for a full 8 hours three nights in a row after setting it up. I did receive this mattress for free in exchange for an honest review. However. I definitely did not expect for it to be THIS good quality. My significant other runs super warm and it's like sleeping next to an oven. Most nights I can't even fall asleep because of it, with my new Serta that problem is completely solved. I also really liked that I couldn't feel him tossing and turning throughout the night. The firmness is medium perfect and I don't wake up in the mornings feeling like I need WD-40 just to get out of bed. Very happy with Influenster for introducing me to the Serta Icomfort and look forward to many sleepful nights!

From delivery to set up I was excited like a kid in a candy store lol. From the first night I slept on it I was in love. The comfort, support and the temperature regulation has just turned me into a bed snob. I will never stray again. The support of this bed works on every part of my body perfectly. Icomfort Aveda Medium is very durable and did I say comfortable. Best sleep ever.

We love this mattress! It is cool to the touch and keeps us cool all night long. It is also firm enough to support our back but it is soft enough to feel comfy. Another cool feature is the handles on the side of the mattress, so helpful when moving it around! Highly recommend if you sleep warm and if you like firmer mattresses.

Just received the Serta icomfort Aveda queen mattress. This mattress feels slightly firm but I think that it may take a fews days to adjust and break in. It reminds me a lot like a roll up foam mattress except this one is delivered as whole mattress and not rolled up in a box. The mattress feels cool to the touch which is a nice feature to help get a good rest at nighttime. Looks very well made and will last for years to come.

This mattress is a wonderful find! It has just the right amount of firmness to help alleviate back pain but is also so soft to lay on. If anyone is looking for a best of both worlds mattress I would highly suggest this one!
